In 1998, he graduated from Simon Fraser with a degree in Kinesiology and worked extensively with formulating care plans and physical regimens for individuals with severe head injuries. A positive experience with Chiropractic led him to California to pursue a Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Life Chiropractic College West. Upon graduating from college with an honors degree, Dr. Ranjit worked as an associate for one of the busier clinics in Pleasanton, CA for two years before coming back home to set up his own office in 2004.

He has been practicing for seventeen years now in the lower mainland and brings with him the latest techniques and most up-to-date research Chiropractic has to offer. He works hard to update and improve his knowledge for his practice members’ benefit. He frequently attends professional seminars and spends many additional hours improving techniques used in practice. He has completed many additional studies in pediatric and geriatric care and, as an athlete, enjoys working with sports injuries and adjustments of the extremities.

Babies and children are a large part of his practice…in addition to pre & post-natal care for moms. Dr. Sandhu offers a wide array of techniques that are specific to the needs of each patient. Away from his passion of Chiropractic, Dr. Ranjit enjoys running, working out at a local gym, playing soccer, but mostly spending quality time with his family.

His passion for human anatomy and sports drives him to learn more about the human body and its capabilities. With that being said, he likes to incorporate new concepts that he learns from books and continuing education courses and applies them to his treatments.

Throughout his 2 years at the college, he had the opportunity to work with multiple varsity athletes at UBC, orthopedic patients in care homes, and enthusiastic runners at events like the Lululemon Seawheeze and the BMO Marathon. He works with every patient to find ways that they can mitigate or break the cycle of pain from their injuries and prevent those injuries from occurring again.

He has worked in many different types of clinic settings that helped him adjust to a variety of clinical cases. Charvet’s main goal is to have his patients regain their confidence by overcoming their injuries, being more aware of their own bodies, and having them continue their active daily living without pain being present.
